Greg Polakowski is a graduate of Johnson and Whales Culinary School
in Charleston, S.C.. And has lived in our community for over 15 years.
He has successfully managed Restaurants and Hotels Since his
Graduation in 1987, and is looking to serve our community with the best
of services and freshest of ingredients. He welcomes all catering
challenges and needs.
